Like p1nky14 mentioned, only creating the new local user account seemed to get it working again, so I'm probably going to start moving files and programs over to the new account and just start using that one instead. I think I've tried near everything and the only thing that seemed to work was creating a new user account on my PC. Whatever you do, don't mess with the permissions/files of the WindowsApps folder, as this could end up making things worse. Completely out of nowhere, all of my Game Pass games were working one day and stopped working the next. Unfortunately I'm dealing with the same issue.
